Dunkin’ Donuts Donates Coffee to Foodlink
Written by Site Hub on September 30, 2021
Wednesday marked National Coffee Day, and to celebrate America’s favorite coffee chain had a big celebration. Dunkin’ celebrated its “day” by donating nearly 300 pounds of coffee to Foodlink. The big donation from Dunkin’ stems from the “Runs for Coffee” initiative between Dunkin’ and the Rochester Red Wings. In this initiative, Dunkin’ pledges to donate one pound of coffee for every run scored at home by the Red Wings during each baseball season. The donation of the Dunkin’ coffee to the Foodlink will be used to help continue to support local member agencies and food pantries. As they say, America runs on Dunkin’.
