Apple Releases New System Patch Geared Towards Fixing Possible Security Breach

Apple recently released a statement to all of its iPhone and iPad users, highly encouraging them to download and apply the latest system update. The update fixes security bugs that hackers might have already been able to exploit.
The statement on the website says there are three main security flaws and that they “may have been actively exploited.”
Details were limited, as “Apple does not disclose, discuss, or confirm security issues until an investigation has occurred and patches or releases are available.”
Apple released the security patches on Tuesday as part of its new iOS 14.4 update, which also includes fixes for keyboard lag and allows smaller QR codes to be read by the camera.
