As officers Vaughn, Magri, Santiago, Harris, Specksgoor and Talladay encountered Daniel Prude they clearly were not in an danger, as he complied with their orders to lay down on the cold concreate and allowed them to handcuff him. Instead of getting him someplace warm, they are heard making fun of him, while he lay there naked and defenseless.
4. Why were three organizers of Free the People Roc arrested during a press conference that brought Daniel Prude’s death to light?
The RPD today told Daniel Prude protestors that they were being arrested for “being idiots.” Really glad to know that our police department is racist, ableist, and doesn’t know what you can arrest people for

3. Why didn’t the EMT immediately render aide upon arrival?
That’s what I’m talking about.
Seriously the EMTs pulled up & sat idle for at least 5 minutes. Why didn’t they immediately render aid? The cops also easily detained him so why didn’t they put him in the car out of the rain? They just left him there on the street. #DanielPrude— *AnHonorableIndependent* (@zy121883) September 2, 2020
In the video you see the female EMT quickly just justify the murder and literally says, “it’s not your fault, you had to keep yourself safe,” to the officer.
2. Why are police sent to respond to mental health concern calls instead of trained health care professionals?
This is why professional health care workers should,at a minimum, accompany police when answering a mental illness related call. Daniel Prude death ruled homicide after Rochester police incident https://t.co/E9CJEsU5yD

1. Why are we just now hearing about the death of Daniel Prude, when the incident happened in March?
Bear in mind the Daniel Prude murder was in March.
What police chief doesn’t look at body cams after a murder?
What police chief in their right mind wouldn’t see this as a murder and as such why didn’t they fire and charge the officers?
