How Do You Feel About The Finger Lakes Region Phase One Reopening?

The Finger Lakes region got the green light to reopen for business with phase one. Its a head scratcher for me. The numbers in our area steadily rising, how do we think it’s safe to reopen?
I swore the last report I read was that we hit 109 COVID-19 cases in a 24 hour time span, which is the highest record to date. Social distancing is only a band aid on the bullet wound, it’s not the cure for the virus. Are we being used as guinea pigs? It feels like it to me.
I understand we have to get the economy going but at what price? Hopefully, I’m wrong and we’ll see the numbers improve.
