This Flu Season In Monroe County Has Taken 10 Lives

New Yorkers are all shaken up by the latest and only confirmed case of the Corona virus in the state, but right here in Monroe County we still have to worry about the flu.
According to the Monroe County Health Department, the total deaths in Monroe County has reached 10 this flu season.
My question is : should we be more concerned of the Corona virus or the flu? The total confirmed lab cases of the flu this season in Monroe county is at 4,699 and over 600 people had to be hospitalized.
I’ll take my chances by staying out the way and making sure I wash my hands and wipe down everything I touch.
