U Of R Study Says Teens Need More Sleep

Written by on January 10, 2020

The University of Rochester did a sleep study among teenagers.

The study found that most teenagers don’t get enough sleep at night.
The study say teens need between 8 and half to 9 hours of sleep each night.
Reports say lack of sleep for teens can cause issues for them.
I think across-the-board there’s no age on people who don’t get enough sleep. I think the average American doesn’t get enough sleep.
Lower income people who have to work 2 and 3 jobs during a 5 day work week to survive might get on a average 4 and half to 5 hours of sleep a night.
Hell as I get older my body shuts down around 8:30 9pm.
Moral of the story make sure you get enough sleep.
