Historic Schooner “When and If” Arrives in Rochester

The historic schooner “When and If”, originally built for General George S. Patton, will dock at the Port of Rochester for public cruises starting Thursday. The vessel, restored in 2012 by Doug Hazlit, will offer day sails for $69 and night sails for $89. WWII veteran Jack Foy, who served under Patton, will be present for the ship’s arrival.
