TSA: Expect Delays Without REAL ID at New York Airports

Those without it can still fly but should expect delays and extra screening. TSA officials at Rochester’s airport are handling non-compliant travelers’ case by case and urge people to check requirements before flying. REAL IDs must be obtained in person at a New York DMV.
