Santa’s home is on Zillow, and you can take an AI-powered tour

Zillow has brought Santa’s North Pole home to life with an AI-powered virtual tour, allowing families to explore his festive residence through photos, a detailed floor plan, and interactive activities. The home, featured on Zillow since 2016, is not for sale but showcases Santa’s cozy and whimsical living space.

This year’s updates include a virtual treasure hunt for holiday-themed items like mistletoe and fruitcake, along with new features such as a festive elf door, a naughty-or-nice detector, and a hot cocoa bar. Santa’s cabin embraces a “Grandpa chic” aesthetic, complete with flannel-inspired décor, cozy blankets, and curtains.

Zillow has also added a “Let Santa Know You Moved” button, reassuring children that their gifts will arrive at the correct address. Amanda Pendleton, Zillow’s home trends expert, emphasized that Santa’s goal is to spread holiday joy by sharing this immersive experience. The tour captures the nostalgic warmth of the season, from the scent of gingerbread cookies to the crackling sound of carols by the fire.
