A Livingston County man won a settlement of $287 million dollars against Harley Davidson after it was proven the company had defective software related to a deadly crash back in 2020.
The system’s software malfunctioned, causing the man to lose control of the three-wheeled vehicle and go off the highway. He was seriously injured while 63-year old Sinclair, his passenger, died from her injuries.
