The Ohio Supreme Court Ruled that boneless wings are just a style of cooking after a man sued a restaurant when he ordered his usual order of boneless wings and ended up in the hospital days and doctors found a 5 cm chicken bone lodged in his throat causing him to get an infection.
The 4-3 ruling determined the restaurant wasn’t negligent even though a chicken bone was found and said the man should’ve been more cautious when eating the food and that “boneless” wings is just a cooking style.
