DMV Returns to Normal Hours

Finally, the Monroe County DVMs are returning back to normal hours, aka pre covid. This means an extended night every week at each branch, and weekend hours on the last Saturday of each month. However, some DMV transactions still require residents to schedule an appointment, including permit testing and Real ID transactions. All appointments can still be made online. Here are the following locations with extended hours:

• Rochester branch (downtown): 200 East Main Street, Suite 101 Rochester, NY 14604
  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Mondays until 6:30 pm
• Irondequoit branch: Titus Mall, 545 Titus Avenue Rochester, NY 14617
  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Wednesdays until 6:30 pm
• Greece branch: The Mall at Greece Ridge, 271 Greece Ridge Center Drive Rochester, NY 14626
  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Tuesdays until 6:30 pm
  • Last Saturday of the month open from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
• Henrietta branch: Town Centre Plaza, 2199 East Henrietta Road Rochester, NY 14623
  • • Monday – Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
    • Thursdays until 6:30 pm
