Delayed: R. Kelly’s Sentencing

R. Kelly was found guilty on nine counts of racketeering and sex trafficking back in September, and now, his May 4 sentencing has been delayed. U.S. District Judge Ann Donnelly approved to reschedule his sentencing to June 16 because a pre-sentencing report had not been filed until this past Tuesday, April 5th. Despite the delay, the judge did deny the request to schedule the sentencing after August. Robert Sylvester Kelly, R.Kelly, is facing life in prison.
