$50K Powerball ticket bought in Rochester

A third-prize-winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold in Rochester, NY, at Maklan Food Inc. on Genesee Street, according to the NYS Lottery. Another ticket of the same value was purchased in Fresh Meadows, NY, for Wednesday’s drawing. Earlier in the month, a TAKE 5 ticket worth over $11,000 was sold at the Wegmans on Chili Avenue in Rochester.
