President Donald Trump announced a new travel ban targeting 12 countries, with additional restrictions on visitors from seven others.
The policy, set to take effect Monday at 12:01 a.m., echoes a similar ban from his first term.
Countries facing a full ban include Afghanistan, Iran, Libya, and Yemen, among others. Heightened restrictions will apply to nations such as Cuba, Venezuela, and Turkmenistan.
The rollout comes with more preparation than the 2017 version, which caused widespread airport confusion.
