New York State Police announced the arrest of 2 people in Ontario County for a murder for hire hit on a prosecutor, judge and witness after a 21-year-old man was convicted for rape.
The man in jail Alexander Kise was linked to being the brain behind the plot from jail that involves his girlfriend identified as Alydia Gater and a 16-year-old girl.
There was a meeting set to seal the deal to the plot, but the girlfriend actually met with an Undercover police officer in an attempt to pay him over $1,700 worth of Xanax pills.
Now the couple are facing multiple charges including first degree attempted murder and criminal sale of a control substance.
