A Florida couple was arrested after trying to fake lottery officials with a bogus million dollar winning scratch off ticket.
Reports say the couple tried to piece together two different scratch-off tickets that police say was a horrible job and tried to pass it off as a million-dollar winner only problem the back of both tickets had 2 different serial numbers.
