WWE Moving Network Over To NBC Peacock In New $1 Billion Deal

World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is moving to Peacock and NBCUniversal’s direct-to-consumer streaming service. WWE will also shut down its own network. According to the Wall Street Journal, the deal is worth more than $1 billion and will run for five years.

The multi-year agreement will begin on March 18th with more than 17,000 hours of WWE Network programming on demand in addition to a 24/7 channel. All live pay-per-view events, such as WrestleMania and SummerSlam, will be streamed through Peacock.

Original series, including “Steve Austin Broken Skull Sessions” and “Undertaker: The Last Ride,” will be hosted on Peacock, as will archived matches dating back to the WCW and ECW days. To Read More Click Here
