Would You Take Your Ex Back for $160 Million?

A New Jersey man, who has been unemployed for the last year, is the lucky winner of the Mega Millions lottery jackpot. The problem is, he almost didn’t even know it!

When Mike Weirsky purchased his lottery tickets, he actually left them at the gas station where he purchased them at, not knowing one of them was a winner. A good Samaritan turned the tickets in to the cashier who then held the them for Weirsky, who says he plans to reward the good Samaritan for saving the tickets.

Although Weirsky is the Garden State’s newest millionaire, his ex wife, Eileen Murray, says she’s not looking to take him back.

During their marriage,  Murray worked as a cost analyst and supported the unemployed Weirsky, she says she is still paying him spousal support. Murray told the New York Post, “He’s not appealing to me all of a sudden because he has this money.”

Murray does hope, however, that after all she has done throughout their 15 year long marriage, Weirsky “does the right thing”.

Though Murray is adamant about never reaching out to her ex husband, Weirsky says he did indeed hear from her on Thursday… maybe his money may actually be appealing after all.
