White sugar makes foods and drinks taste great! It also has a limited amount of nutrition and is ill-advised by health professionals.😊
It is an addictive refined carbohydrate and technically is considered a drug. It damages many of our internal organs and has a negative affect on most of our daily functions.
Studies show sugar being the major cause of a long list of bad things. Blindness, high blood pressure, mood swings, hyperactivity, baldness, diabetes, bone loss, brain damage, arthritis and tooth decay are only a few results from the consumption of this dangerous concentrated sweetener.
