An elementary school principal paddled a 6-year-old student while her mom recorded it.
At Central Elementary School in Clewiston, Florida, Principal Melissa Carter and clerk Cecilia Self, were captured on video giving up some paddle advice to a student after some school equipment was damaged.
According to TMZ, the mother of the child was notified that her child was to receive the punishment with her and a deputy present.
The mother insisted that she didn’t step in while her daughter’s punishment was being given out because she believed that she herself would’ve gotten into trouble for interfering. She assumed a recorded documentation of the actions would be enough to expose the abuse.
