Usher Receives Honorary Degree From Berklee College Of Music

It’s graduation season, and this year is Usher’s turn to celebrate. Recently, the Berklee College Of Music in Boston honored Usher with a degree at their graduation ceremony, as well as watching the graduates perform a few of his smash hits, including “Yeah!,” “U Remind Me” and “Burn” before joining them for “Without You.”
Usher delivered a speech to more than 1,200 graduates, encouraging them to break the barriers: “My goal as an artist has always been to inspire people to make a positive impact through my music, to make you feel something, and last night I felt proud…of the legacy that has been built and that we’re building together as artists.”
