Twitter Blocks Trump Campaign Video, Copyright

The Trump campaign tried to post a video tribute to George Floyd and Twitter isn’t having it.
Twitter said copyright claim was the reason. On the subject of blocking the post the social media giant said “This media has been disabled in response to a claim by the copyright owner… Per our copyright policy, we respond to valid copyright complaints sent to us by a copyright owner or their authorized representatives.”
The video is just under four minutes and shows photos and videos of peaceful marches, police officers hugging protesters, burning buildings, vandalism, as Trump is speaking. This just adds fuel to the President Trump versus social media battle that has taken place over the last month.
Twitter placed fact-check warnings on two tweets from Trump’s own account. Plus the news earlier this week that Snapchat will not allow the President to use its Discover platform.
