Trump Acquitted despite Mitt Romney’s Guilty vote

Donald J Trump will forever be an Impeached President but he has been found not guilty of both charges brought against him by the House of Representatives.
Democrats are taking a Capital L this week after a chaotic Caucus in Iowa and a petty performance at the State of the Union and today Republicans are riding high on the wave of victory.
In order for Trump to be convicted and removed from office, 67 Senators would have had to vote guilty on the articles of impeachment.
I watched the entire voting process live on Facebook and even played some of the votes live on the radio. I was shocked when Utah Senator Mitt Romney crossed party lines and voted GUILTY no the abuse of power charge!!
But that was not enough to get the job done.
Article One: Abuse of power results – 48 to 52
Article Two: Obstructing an Investigation by Congress- results 47 to 53.
“It is, therefore, ordered and adjudged that the said Donald John Trump be, and he is hereby, acquitted of the charges in said articles,” declared Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr., the presiding officer, after the second vote.
