Thief Steals Car With Kid & Then Goes Off On Mom

A mom from Oregon got chastised by a man who stole car with her toddler inside the vehicle she while she went inside a grocery store.
Police are still searching for the thief and they said he drove off with the car about a half a block turned around to drop the kid back off and when he pulled back up in the parking lot the mom was waiting.
The thief went off on the mom about leaving her kid in the car unattended and told her she should do better at being a mother. He also threatened to call police on her and then made her take the child out of the vehicle and drove off.
Crazy story.
