The NYS Get Out Of Jail Card Free Card Law

The new controversial bail reform law went into affect 12a.m. New Years day.
Under this new law anyone arrested for a non violent crime will be released without bail.
Governor Cuomo has received tons of criticism about the new law and some state and local leaders say it puts a lot of people at risk.
I agree and I believe this will be used against and bit Andrew Cuomo in the future.
