The former Louisville police officer that fired the shot that killed Brianna Taylor is fighting to get his job back.
Myles Crossgrove and his attorney began the appeal Earlier this week.
The 7 members of the merit board of civilians and officers, will determine if the termination of Myles Crossrove was justified by the former police Chief Yvette Gentry.
If Myles Crossgrove termination is overturned it’s not sure what will happen next.
