The FBI Is Opening A Civil Rights Investigation Into Police Shooting Of North Carolina Black Man

The FBI just announced its launching a civil rights investigation into the April 21st police shooting Andrew Brown jr. In Elizabeth City North Carolina.
Andrew Brown Jr. family hired a private medical examiner to do an autopsy that showed that Brown had been shot multiple times in the arm and one bullet to the back of his head that caused his death.
This is like the 5th police shooting within a month involving black people.
