The questions that the community has been asking when it comes to bail reform is back up for discussion after the fatal crash involving teens and a stolen car that killed a 92-year-olTeen man.
One of the teens responsible for the deadly crash who is 17 was reportedly arrested 12 times last year and was on parole and the number one question is how he was able to be out still committing crimes.
