Syracuse Police Arrest 8 Year Old Over a Stolen Bag of Chips

A viral video that has surfaced shows three officers taking an 8-year-old boy into custody and put into a patrol car for stealing a bag of chips. Kenneth Jackson recorded the incident after police stopped the boy at a store, and the four-minute and 19-second video helped bring attention to the problem at hand. In the viral video, you can hear Jackson yelling at the officers saying: “What is y’all doing?..Nah man, so he’s stealing a bag of chips you’re treating him like an old cold ******** killer?” See the video below:
