SUNY Brockport Says It Will Reopen for 2020 Fall Semester

Written by on July 2, 2020

On July 1, SUNY Brockport released a statement on Twitter, announcing that it would be reopening for the 2020 Fall semester.

What the school calls “face-to-face” instruction will resume, as well as residential life on campus. The school website has an online resource guide that provides full details on safety measures, recreation events, information for returning students and faculty as well as an updated academic calendar.

The semester will begin on its original date, August 31, and will continue until December 11. However, new guidelines say that classes will be in session on certain holidays like Labor Day and Thanksgiving break will be switched to online learning so students can be with their families, but still have class.

Full details on SUNY Brockport policies can be found here.
