Sticking to a Schedule During Quarantine

At the top of the year, I promised myself to be more focused and disciplined because I find myself getting easily distracted hopping from one thing to another. Then boom CORONAVIRUS. It has been a true test of discipline for me over the last month. Working from home plus the world is shut down? I nearly lost it.  No where to go, no one to visit gives me a little too much time and I didn’t really know what to do with at first. It’s so easy to scroll for miles on your phone, binge a show, fall down a rabbit hole on Youtube then suddenly you look up and so much time has passed but nothing got done. By you, I mean me…  Now, I feel like I finally have a hold on this whole Quarantine thing – somewhat.

So here’s my schedule:

7:00 Wake Up

7:30 Stretch

8:00 Pray/Meditate

8:30 Check/ Answer Email

9:00 Workout

9:30 Shower

10:00 Breakfast (Smoothie)

10:30 Work

2:00 Lunch

2:30 Work (4:00 Snack)

6:00 Workout

7:00 Shower

7:30 Dinner

8:00 Watch TV/ Finish Work
