Spectrum Plans To Credit Customers Accounts After Major Service Outage

If you were one of the spectrum customers over the weekend that lost service due to in fiber optics damaged. Spectrum says they’re working out ways to credit customers accounts.
Now you’re not Just going to get the account credit, you actually have to take a few steps before anything happens and everybody’s case will be different.
You will have to call Spectrum at 1-855-707-7328 And work out a deal that’s agreed on.
Now spectrum blames the outage due to a fiber optic issues from the heavy snow fall last weekend in the northeast region.
Service was restored late Saturday evening so I’m not sure how much credit they’re going to give you, But hey something is better than nothing.
