SLAP (Sounds Like A Plan): Practicing Peace

Welp!
Since the announcement of COVID-19, there has been ‘Breaking News’ surrounding it daily. The mere confusion of it all has created new ideas, good ole speculation, and multiple theories as to where we’re all headed; and maybe, which rabbit hole we may end up going down.
The way this all has been going just keeps everyone thinking and worrying. Some people are worried there won’t be a cure or end to this reality; while others don’t believe in it altogether. It also could be that people are worried about a change coming that is already here. How do you keep your peace through the peaks and valleys of it all?
Instead of worrying, I believe there are ways to protect our peace while moving with caution. It is unfortunately, a prime time for people to become a problem to themselves, physically and mentally, if we do not move with caution and intention. Think and recognize your atmosphere to make intelligent decisions.
Control yourself and share an actively peaceful mindset with those close to you.
