Written by on May 13, 2021

Just when you think how cruel can people can be you hear news that’s even more devastating.

A Seattle Elementary School has been slap with a discrimination lawsuit after being accused of putting a black special needs second grader in a padlock schoolyard cage and leaving the student outside.
Reports say View Ridge Elementary School back in 2019 kept the student in the cage for hours at a time and leaving him outside with his food on the ground to eat lunch by himself.
The lawsuit says other students would walk by the student in the cage like he was an animal in a zoo.
The Mom filed the lawsuit and the child has since been removed and transferred to another school. The principal of the school at the time have since resigned but said District officials had ok’d the use of the space.
The report said the student was kept in the space because he would sometimes leave the schools campus.
