Screening of ‘Silence of the Lambs’ in Rochester to be introduced by Jodie Foster

Actress Jodie Foster will be introducing a screening of one of her most renowned films, the 1991 psychological thriller “The Silence of the Lambs,” at the Dryden Theatre. The screening is scheduled for Wednesday, May 24 at 7:30 p.m, one night before she receives the George Eastman Award for her significant contribution to the art of cinema. During the event, Foster will deliver remarks on stage before the screening begins. “The Silence of the Lambs” won five Academy Awards, including Best Picture, with Foster winning Best Actress. Tickets for the event cost $60 and will be available online for George Eastman Museum members on Friday at 10 a.m, followed by the general public on Monday at 10 a.m.
