Samuel L. Jackson Will Continue Playing Nick Fury In New Marvel Show

Samuel L. Jackson has just confirmed that he will be playing character Nick Fury in the upcoming Disney+ Marvel series.

He got the role almost by accident, as friends and comic book nerds close to him kept calling and telling him how many characteristics he shared with the character. He did some research and then had his agent reach out to Marvel producers to see what they had in mind.

Long story short, he was cast and appeared as Fury and his first scene was in the after credit portion of Iron man and then went to play the character for 10 years until the last movie in the franchise, Avengers: Endgame was released last year.

According to Variety, Nick Fury will be returning in a new series coming soon to Disney+.
