RPD Officer Arrested For Theft At Home Depot

A Rochester City police officer who’s currently out of work due to an injury was arrested and charged with grand larceny after an investigation related to a theft at a Home Depot store in Henrietta.
The officer who was identified as Dave Pearson will remain out of work pending the outcome of this criminal case.
