RPD made an arrest in connection with a triple shooting that happened earlier this week on Hazelwood Terrace that killed a 19-year-old female and injured 2 teen boys 15 and 16.
Reports say one of the teen boys was the intended target and the female was stuck by a stray bullet.
The 2 suspects, both 21 were arrested at a home on Edmond St.
