Rochester Teen Arrested and Charged with Connection to MLK Park Mass Shooting Over the Summer

Rochester teen was charged in connection to a mass shooting over the summer at MLK Park.

Reports say the 16-year-old was originally arrested back in July for possession of a loaded Glock handgun, during a further investigation RPD was able to find that gun was the same one used at the MLK Park shooting.
