I came across this film over the weekend called Rochester Street Films: Transportation and Poverty.
This film was released 6 years ago, and it touches on the everyday struggle people in Rochester face with Poverty and the inconvenience of getting around on the RTS.
Since the film was released RTS has made several changes to its routes.
But with inflation and the cost of living rising significantly it’s definitely not easier today.
This film gives you a first-hand look at 3 different city residents’ daily life routines.
