Rochester Police Need Help Identifying Man With A Gun Offering Cash Reward

The Rochester Police Department is asking for help in identifying a person who was at someone’s home with a gun. The man was seen on video via a Ring camera on the front porch of a home in Rochester. He had a gun and was wearing a mask and gloves. In the video it appears that he rang the doorbell then waited for someone to answer.

Investigators want to know why he was at the home with a gun. Police are offering a cash reward for information on and identification of the man in the video.
