Rochester – Finger Lakes Region Could Reopen For Phase 3 Next Friday

Phase 3 of New York’s Finger Lakes region of reopening could happen starting next Friday.
Phase 3 will include food service and restaurants to fully operate also personal care service is in phase 3 plans. Hotels and accommodations were planning to be a part of phase 3 but was removed from the list.
Phase 4 of reopening could happen towards the end of June, the earliest would be on the 26th.
This phase would include arts, entertainment, recreation and education.
I’m just curious on how we’re reopening but the COVID-19 are still going up in Rochester and we’re seeing more and more people out and about with less social distancing something to think about.
