RMSC Announces Plans for Three-Day Eclipse Festival

Western New York will have a “once-in-a-lifetime” front-row seat for a total solar eclipse this coming, and the Rochester Museum & Science Center is already making plans!
If you haven’t heard, Rochester is slated to be in the path of totality during Monday, April 8th eclipse, during which the skies will be dark for 3 minutes, 38 seconds. To celebrate that weekend, ROC the Eclipse will open Saturday, April 6 and continue through the eclipse, including hands-on activities, speakers, live entertainment, food trucks and more. Eclipse merchandise will also be available.
