Residents say Palmyra Trailer Park is Over-billed, ‘like hell’ to live in

Residents in the Marquart Village, a mobile home park in the Town of Palmyra, claim they are struggling with broken leases, high bills, health code conditions, and being charged for non-existent services.
One former resident, Brandy Hanna, lived in the park for four years and said she was being charged for sewage, but there is no sewage at the park.
Rochester First reports:
“Hanna also says when the current owners moved in, lease agreements were tossed and rates went up. She feels the owners are trying to get rid of residents. We reached out to the park operators, the Wayne County Department of Health, and the Town of Palmyra, but none have immediately returned a request for comment.”
