Red Wings Manager Makes his 50-Degree Guarantee for 2024

Rochester Red Wings’ General Manager, Dan Mason, announces a unique promotion for the team’s opening day. Mason, known as the “Duke of Doppler,” guarantees that if the temperature does not reach at least 50 degrees on the ballpark thermometer on opening day, fans can exchange their tickets for another home game in April or May. This offer comes despite Mason’s mixed track record with such predictions, having only been correct two out of five times in the past.
