Reasons People Watch Porn At Work Are Not What You Might Think

I don’t know why or how I even came across this article well yes I do, I was looking for something to blog about. So apparently people are willing to risk their career to watch porn at work. And this is not something new because it was happening prior to the pandemic however, stress and the need for distraction has caused the increase.

Some would say that the pandemic and working remotely has made it a lot easier for people to watch porn on company time but as I said it’s more about the distraction. There has been some research by psychologist that suggests distraction from emotions, fantasy, and reward systems the most common reasons.

Even workplace stress like a disgruntled employee will use porn as a coping mechanism. However, watching porn on work time is not the same as watching it at home according to the article. It is not particularly a bad thing because people won’t act to please themselves like they possibly would at home.
