RCSD Zoom forum hacked

Yesterday during the first parent forum of the 2020-2021 school year the zoom stream got hacked. More than 100 families in the RCSD were attending the online forum. Superintendent Leslie Myers-Small terminated the online forum when she saw “racist comments and hurtful symbols” appearing on the screen.
RCSD released an apology stating they had to stop the Family Forum due to “unsavory characters zoom-bombing” their meeting about re-opening plans. They’re planning to put up additional measures and continue with the remaining scheduled meetings through the 21st.
