RCSD to Address the Large Number of Students Missing School

There’s going to be several meetings held this week to address the RCSD issue with the high number of students missing school.

Reports say 50% of the district’s 22,000 students are considered chronically absent.

The district’s board recently took a closer look at why so many students are missing school from changing attitudes around sick days to feeling unsafe in school.
