FYI. This Bill has not passed. It’s still pending. There are Senators who oppose because of the financial devastration it will cause landlords. At the moment there is no state relief for renters. The only relief are for those who have a mortage . It a 90 day extension but they still have to pay; they will not be charged for late fees. The only relief for Renters is the Stimulus Check from the Federal Government.
No state relief for renters.
